Part 2 Test

The Part 2 test consists of an eyesight test followed by driving for 1 hour in a brisk, business-like but defensive manner; on the motorway, in the country and in town.

Part 2 Course

The Part 2 Course provides a manual, and a minimum of 20 hours ‘in-car’ training, designed to train you to drive whilst demonstrating structure, anticipation, speed awareness, safety, correct road procedures and expert handling, as well as covering all manoeuvres.

Our trainer will clearly explain every element, using visual aids to ensure a good understanding of the subject, and why we need to drive in such a manner.  In addition, it illustrates the relationship between your own driving and how to teach someone to drive.
